Factions Pre-Order items gone now? - Guild Wars Forums

I recently (today) deleted a pre-searing character to create a new toon. When I spawned the new character I noticed that I didn't get the ritualist staff or assasin daggers anymore.

Did I miss an announcement about this? Despite the staff's crappy damage at the beginning, the +15 energy is sweet as a caster type.

Anyone?
